Wehrli 03-09 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins (Non-Twin CP3) Upper Coolant Pipe - Deore Gold

The stock 3-inch plastic intercooler pipe and restrictive intake horn on your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram with a 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engine are known failure points and can limit airflow. This Wehrli kit replaces those components with a robust 3.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe and a high-flow intake horn, designed to handle more boost and improve air delivery to your engine.

This kit features a full 3.5-inch diameter from the intercooler all the way to the cylinder head, eliminating the bottleneck found in the factory parts. The intake horn is welded to a CNC-machined flange that mates perfectly with the cylinder head, and includes two 1/8" NPT ports for boost reference or water-methanol injection, plus an 8mm port for the factory wire harness clamp. It also has a dedicated bung to securely hold your oil dipstick tube. High-quality 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps are included to connect the pipe to the intercooler and the horn, ensuring a solid seal without reusing any worn factory rubber parts. The entire assembly is finished in a durable Deore Gold powder coat.

Installation is a direct bolt-on process, requiring no tuning. This kit is designed to work with the stock grid heater or other aftermarket intake plates, though it offers the best flow match when paired with Wehrli's own billet intake spacer kit. All necessary mounting hardware and an intake gasket are included to make the job straightforward.
