Wehrli 04.5-05 Chevrolet LLY Duramax Passenger Side 3in Intercooler Pipe - Sparkle Copper

Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making solid parts for Duramax trucks. This 3-inch passenger side intercooler pipe is built for your 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500, or the GMC Sierra equivalent. It replaces the factory 2.5-inch pipe, which can be a weak point that leads to boost leaks, especially on trucks working harder or making more power.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge aluminum and is mandrel-bent for smooth airflow. It uses upgraded silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps, which are much better at holding higher boost pressures than the stock setup. The straight connection at the intercooler is different from the factory's angled boot, helping to eliminate leaks. It's designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement that fits with the stock Y-bridge and doesn't require any tuning or other modifications to install, making it a straightforward upgrade for improved efficiency and throttle response.
