Wehrli 06-10 GM LBZ/LMM Duramax Passenger Side Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit - WCFab Grey

This kit gives you a 3.5-inch high-flow intercooler outlet elbow, a heavy-duty silicone reducer boot, stainless steel t-bolt clamps, a CNC machined billet aluminum flange with double O-rings, and a new wire clip ring. It’s designed to replace the factory plastic pipe on 2006-2010 GM LBZ and LMM Duramax trucks, improving airflow and sealing for better reliability under higher boost pressures. This is a solid option for trucks like the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 3500 HD, especially when you're upgrading your intercooler piping or turbo setup.

The elbow itself is fabricated from 14-gauge aluminum, offering a strong and smooth path for air exiting the intercooler. The CNC machined billet aluminum flange ensures a precise fit with the intercooler, and the double O-ring seal is a key feature that helps prevent the boost leaks common with the factory plastic components. This upgraded sealing, along with the heavy-duty silicone reducer boot and stainless steel t-bolt clamps, is built to handle more boost than stock, helping to eliminate blown boots and maintain consistent power delivery.

This kit is finished in a custom WCFab Grey powder coat, designed to match other Wehrli Custom Fab components. Keep in mind that this part is intended for use with aftermarket intercooler piping and turbo kits that require a bead roll connection at the intercooler outlet. It's also important to note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
