Wehrli 04.5-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins S300 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit (No Turbo/Manifold) - Gloss Black

This Wehrli Custom Fab S300 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit is built around a 1/2" T4 spacer plate, allowing you to mount an S300-based turbocharger in a high-mount position on your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. This setup is designed to work with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which you'll need to source separately. The high-mount placement is a key advantage, as it simplifies the downpipe installation. Instead of cutting into your exhaust system, the included 4" shorty downpipe connects directly to the V-band flange on your exhaust front pipe, similar to how the factory turbo outlet elbow attaches.

Wehrli has included everything you need to get the turbo properly plumbed and connected, aside from the turbocharger and manifold themselves. You'll find a 3" hot side intercooler pipe with a V-band connection, silicone boots, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure it. The kit also comes with a dry air filter, an Outerwear's pre-filter cover for added protection, coolant hoses and fittings, and an oil drain line assembly with a feed line fitting. The entire kit is finished in a durable gloss black powder coat for a clean look and added corrosion resistance.

This kit is made in the USA and is a solid option if you're looking to upgrade your 5.9L Cummins with an S300 turbo. Remember that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. You will need to acquire a 2nd Gen exhaust manifold and an S300 turbocharger separately to complete the installation.
