Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making well-built parts for Cummins engines. If you're looking to upgrade the turbo on your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins engine, this S300 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit is designed to make that happen. This kit lets you mount an S300-based turbocharger using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which is sold separately. The unique mounting position directs the manifold upwards, simplifying the downpipe installation and meaning you won't have to cut your existing exhaust system.

This kit comes with everything you need to get the turbo mounted and connected, except for the turbo itself and the exhaust manifold. You'll find a 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe with a v-band connection, a 4-inch shorty downpipe that mates directly to your exhaust system's v-band flange, and all the necessary silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps. It also includes a durable custom powder coat finish in Sparkle Bomber Orange, a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover, coolant hoses and fittings, and an oil drain line assembly with an oil feed line fitting. A 1/2-inch T4 spacer plate is also included to help with the turbo mounting.

This kit is made in the USA and is designed for a straightforward installation. The shorty downpipe connects just like your factory turbo outlet elbow did, making the exhaust connection simple. This kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
