Wehrli 04.5-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins S300 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit (No Turbo/Manifold) - Illusion Purple

This Wehrli Custom Fab S300 Turbo Swap Kit is built for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins engine. It's designed to let you install an S300 based turbocharger when you're using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which you'll need to source separately. The kit's main advantage is how it mounts the manifold pointing upwards. This setup makes installing a new downpipe much simpler, often without needing to cut your existing exhaust system. The included shorty downpipe connects directly to your exhaust system's V-band flange, similar to how the factory turbo outlet elbow connects.

You get all the necessary components to get the turbo mounted up. This includes a 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe with a V-band connection, a 4-inch shorty downpipe that mates to your exhaust system's V-band, and silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps. For intake, there's a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover and a 4-inch intake pipe. The kit also comes with coolant hoses and fittings, an oil drain line assembly, an oil feed line fitting, and a 1/2-inch T4 spacer plate. The entire kit is finished in a durable custom Illusion Purple powder coat for looks and protection, and it's made right here in the USA.

This kit is a solid option if you're looking to upgrade your turbo setup on your 5.9L Cummins. Remember that the exhaust manifold and the S300 turbo itself are not included, so you'll need to acquire those separately.
