Wehrli 04.5-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins S400 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit (No Turbo/Manifold) - Bengal Blue

If you're looking to upgrade the turbo on your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, this S400 turbo swap kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is designed to make that happen. This kit is specifically for installing an S400-based turbocharger when using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which is sold separately. It positions the turbo high on the engine, simplifying the installation of the downpipe and eliminating the need to cut your factory exhaust system. The downpipe connects directly to the factory exhaust system's V-band flange, just like the stock turbo setup.

Wehrli Custom Fab builds these kits in-house, with experienced fabricators and welders handling every component. They test fit each kit on an engine to ensure everything lines up correctly. The tubing is TIG welded for strong, clean joints, and the mating flanges are CNC machined. Where needed, these flanges include O-ring seals to create a boost-leak-free connection, which is crucial for getting the most out of your upgraded turbo system. This kit comes in a durable Bengal Blue powder coat finish, and includes a 5-inch intake, a 4-inch shorty downpipe, a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, silicone boots with T-bolt clamps, and an oil feed and drain line assembly.

This kit does not include the S400 turbo or the 2nd Gen exhaust manifold, so you'll need to source those separately. If you're using a turbo and manifold from a brand other than Wehrli, be sure to specify that when ordering, as some combinations may require you to send your parts in for custom fitting. The kit also includes a Dry Air Filter and an Outerwear's Pre-Filter Cover to help keep your intake clean.
