Wehrli 04.5-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins S400 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit (No Turbo/Manifold) - Gloss Black

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication kit is built to let you install a larger S400-based turbocharger onto your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold. The kit is designed to mount the manifold in a high position, which simplifies the downpipe installation. You won't need to cut your exhaust system; the included 4-inch downpipe connects directly to the factory V-band flange, just like your original turbo setup. This makes for a much cleaner and quicker installation process.

Every component in this kit is carefully TIG welded by experienced fabricators right here in the USA. The mating flanges are CNC machined to ensure a precise fit and a boost-leak-free seal, especially where O-ring seals are used. You'll get a one-piece 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe, silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a secure connection, and all the necessary fittings and lines for the oil feed and drain assembly. The kit also includes a 5-inch intake, a Dry Air Filter, and an Outerwear's pre-filter cover to keep debris out. This kit comes in a durable gloss black powder coat finish.

While this kit doesn't include the turbocharger or exhaust manifold itself, it provides all the fabricated parts needed to make the swap. If you're sourcing your turbo and manifold separately, be sure to specify the brands you're using when ordering, as some combinations might require parts to be sent to Wehrli for custom fitting. This kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
