If you're looking to upgrade your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins engine to a larger S400-based turbocharger, this kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is what you need. This kit is designed to work with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which is sold separately. What you get in this kit is everything needed to mount the turbo and connect it to your existing exhaust and intake systems, assuming you already have the turbo and manifold sorted out. The kit includes a 4-inch shorty down pipe that connects directly to your exhaust system's factory V-band flange, making installation straightforward without needing to cut your exhaust. You also get a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and an oil feed and drain line assembly.

Wehrli Custom Fab builds these kits in-house, with experienced fabricators and welders ensuring each component is hand-built and test-fitted on an engine to confirm proper fitment. The tubing is TIG welded, and the mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals to prevent boost leaks. This kit mounts the turbo in a high position, which simplifies the downpipe installation. The kit also comes with a 5-inch intake and a dry air filter, complete with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover for added protection. The entire kit features a durable custom gloss white powder coat finish.

Keep in mind that this kit does not include the S400 turbocharger or the exhaust manifold itself.
