This S400 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit is designed specifically for your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, allowing you to install a larger S400-based turbocharger when using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold. This kit is a popular choice for those looking to significantly upgrade their truck's airflow and power potential.

This kit is hand-built in-house by experienced fabricators. Every component is test-fit on an engine to ensure proper fitment before it leaves their shop. The tubing is TIG welded for strong, clean joints, and the mating flanges are CNC machined. Where needed, these flanges include O-ring seals to create a boost-leak-free connection, which is crucial for maintaining consistent turbo performance. The design mounts the manifold pointing upwards, which simplifies the downpipe installation. You won't need to cut your exhaust system; the included 4-inch shorty downpipe connects directly to the factory exhaust system's V-band flange, just like your original turbo setup.

Included in this kit is everything you need to get your S400 turbo mounted and plumbed, excluding the turbocharger and exhaust manifold themselves. You'll get a 4-inch shorty downpipe, silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an oil feed and drain line assembly, a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, a 5-inch intake, and an Outerwear's pre-filter cover for the included dry air filter. The entire kit features a durable custom powder coat finish in Illusion Purple for a unique look. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
