This S400 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit is designed for your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, allowing you to install a larger S400-based turbocharger. It's built to work with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which you'll need to source separately. This kit is ideal if you're looking to significantly upgrade your truck's airflow and power potential.

Each kit is hand-built by experienced fabricators and welders at WCFab. They test-fit every component on an engine to ensure it fits right before it ships out. The tubing is TIG welded for strong, clean joints, and the mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals to prevent boost leaks. This kit mounts the manifold in a high position, which simplifies the downpipe installation. The included 4-inch downpipe connects to your exhaust system's factory V-band flange, meaning you won't have to cut your existing exhaust.

This kit comes with everything you need to connect the turbocharger itself, including a 4-inch shorty downpipe, a one-piece 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe, and an oil feed and drain line assembly. It also includes a 5-inch intake with a dry air filter and an Outerwear's pre-filter cover for added protection. The entire kit features a durable Candy Red powder coat finish for a unique look.
