This kit is designed to help you install a larger S400-based turbocharger onto your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, specifically when using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold. This swap allows for improved airflow and potential for more power, especially if you're looking to upgrade beyond the stock turbo's capabilities.

This kit includes everything you need to mount the turbo and connect it to your existing exhaust and intercooler system, assuming you've sourced your own S400 turbo and 2nd Gen manifold separately. The design positions the manifold pointing upwards, which simplifies the downpipe installation. The included 4-inch shorty downpipe connects directly to the factory exhaust system's V-band flange, meaning you won't have to cut your exhaust. You also get a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, oil feed and drain line assembly, and a 5-inch intake with a pre-filter cover and dry air filter. All tubing is TIG welded, and the mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals to ensure a boost-leak-free setup. Each kit is hand-built and test-fitted in-house by experienced fabricators to confirm proper fitment.
