This kit is designed to let you install a larger S400-based turbocharger onto your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins, using a 2nd generation style exhaust manifold. This is a popular upgrade for owners looking to improve airflow and power potential beyond the stock turbo's capabilities.

This kit is hand-built by experienced fabricators and welders, with every part test-fitted on an engine to ensure it fits right. The tubing is TIG welded, and the mating flanges are CNC machined. Where needed, they use O-ring seals to create a boost-leak-free connection. The kit mounts the manifold pointing upwards, which simplifies the downpipe installation. You won't need to cut your factory exhaust system; the included 4-inch shorty downpipe connects directly to the V-band flange where your stock turbo's elbow would have attached.

Included in the kit are all the necessary components to get your S400 turbo mounted and plumbed. You'll get a 4-inch shorty downpipe, silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an oil feed and drain line assembly, a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, and a 5-inch intake. The kit also features a durable custom Bengal Silver powder coat finish and comes with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover and a dry air filter. Please note that this kit does not include the turbocharger or exhaust manifold itself.
