Wehrli 04.5-07 Dodge Ram Cummins 4in Down Pipe - w/High Mount S300 Turbo & 2nd Gen Manifold

Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making solid parts for Cummins engines. This 4-inch turbo down pipe is built for your 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins engine. It's designed specifically for trucks using a high-mount S300 turbo and a 2nd generation style exhaust manifold, making installation straightforward without needing to cut your exhaust system.

This down pipe connects directly to the V-band flange on your exhaust pipe, just like the factory elbow did. The upper flange is 4 inches to match the S300 turbo's exhaust housing, and the lower flange uses the factory V-band clamp to connect to your existing exhaust system. It comes with a high-temperature ceramic coating to help manage heat and resist corrosion, and includes heat wrap with clamps for added protection. A 3.5-inch V-band clamp is included for the turbo connection.

This part is also compatible with 2003-2004 model year trucks if they have updated their front exhaust pipe to the 2004.5-2007 style. Please note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
