Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making well-built parts for diesel trucks. This driver side intercooler pipe is designed to improve airflow on 2004.5-2010 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with the 6.6L LLY, LBZ, or LMM Duramax engine. It replaces the factory 2 1/2 inch pipe with a full 3 inch diameter pipe, which helps the turbocharger breathe easier.
The factory intercooler pipe has a bead roll design at the turbo connection that can sometimes blow off under higher boost levels. This Wehrli pipe uses a straight, high-pressure rated boot and T-bolt clamps for a more secure connection, even when you're running more boost than stock. The pipe itself is finished in a durable Chevy Orange powder coat, and it comes with silicone boots and T-bolt clamps for installation.
