Wehrli Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit for 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ - WCFab Red

WCFab Red is a solid single-stage red powder coat that gives your LBZ engine bay a bold look at a lower price point than the Candy or Bengal finishes. The mechanical package underneath is identical to every other Stage 3 bundle in the Wehrli lineup: a complete airflow overhaul from filter to exhaust for the 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ.

Intake: The 4 in. aluminum pipe feeds cold air through the inner fender into an enclosed air box with dry filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn moves 20% more air than the factory horn. Everything is 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends.

Intercooler piping: The 3 in. driver-side (hot) pipe and 3.5 in. passenger-side (cold) pipe replace the restrictive factory components. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and silicone hump boots rated for higher boost pressures address the factory boost leak and blown boot problems.

Y-bridge: Wehrli's 3 in. bolt-together two-piece design flows 36% better than the factory slip-fit unit. CNC billet flanges and a full 3 in. tract to the engine with factory grid heater and EGR connections retained.

Down pipe: A 3 in. stainless steel down pipe with heat wrap opens up the exhaust path after the turbocharger, which is the defining addition of Stage 3 over Stage 2.

Silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, O-rings, and all installation hardware included. Made in the USA. No tuning required for stock trucks.
