Wehrli 06-10 Duramax LBZ/LMM Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit - Illusion Blueberry

This intercooler outlet elbow kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built with a 3.5-inch diameter, 14-gauge aluminum pipe, designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic piece on 2006-2010 LBZ and LMM Duramax engines. It's a solid upgrade for trucks running aftermarket intercooler piping and turbo setups that require a bead roll connection at the intercooler outlet.

The kit features a CNC machined billet aluminum flange that uses a double O-ring seal, which is a significant improvement over the stock setup for preventing boost leaks and ensuring a reliable connection even under higher boost pressures. This helps eliminate blown factory boots and horsepower-robbing leaks. It comes with a new wire clip ring for a secure connection to the intercooler flange, an upgraded HD silicone reducer boot, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps that can handle more boost than the original components. The whole assembly is finished in a custom Illusion Blueberry powder coat to match other components in your engine bay.
