Wehrli 06-10 Duramax LBZ/LMM Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit - Semi-Gloss Black

This Wehrli Custom Fab kit gives you a high-flow intercooler outlet elbow, designed to replace the factory plastic pipe on your 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM Duramax. You get a 3.5-inch fabricated aluminum elbow, a heavy-duty silicone reducer boot, stainless steel t-bolt clamps, a CNC machined billet aluminum flange with double O-rings, and a new wire clip ring. This setup is built to handle higher boost pressures than stock, helping to prevent blown boots and boost leaks that can rob your engine of horsepower.

The elbow itself is made from 14-gauge aluminum and finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat. The CNC machined flange ensures a solid seal with its double O-ring design, which is crucial for eliminating boost leaks. The included heavy-duty silicone boot and stainless steel t-bolt clamps are specifically chosen to withstand increased boost, offering improved reliability over the factory components.
