Wehrli Custom Fab is known for making solid parts for Duramax trucks. This intercooler outlet elbow kit is a prime example, designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic pipe on your 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM Duramax. It’s a direct replacement for the factory piece, but it’s built to handle more boost and keep things sealed up tight.

This kit features a 3.5-inch diameter pipe fabricated from 14-gauge aluminum, which flows much better than the stock component. It uses a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free connection to the intercooler, something the factory setup often struggles with under higher boost pressures. You also get a heavy-duty silicone reducer boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps, which are much stronger than the stock clamps and help prevent blown boots and horsepower-robbing boost leaks. This kit is designed to work with aftermarket intercooler piping and turbo kits that require a bead roll connection at the intercooler outlet.
