Wehrli 06-10 GM LBZ/LMM Duramax Passenger Side Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit - Candy Teal

Wehrli Custom Fab is known for making solid parts for Duramax trucks, and this intercooler outlet elbow kit is a great example. If you're working on a 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM Duramax, this kit replaces the factory plastic intercooler pipe on the passenger side with a much more robust aluminum piece. This is especially important if you've upgraded your turbo or intercooler piping, as it's designed to handle higher boost pressures and ensure a tight seal.

This kit is fabricated from 14-gauge aluminum and features a CNC machined billet aluminum flange with double O-rings. This setup creates a much better sealing surface than the stock plastic part, helping to prevent those horsepower-robbing boost leaks and eliminate blown factory boots. It comes with everything you need to connect to your intercooler flange, including a new wire clip ring, a heavy-duty silicone reducer boot, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps that can handle more pressure than stock. The candy teal powder coat finish looks sharp and matches other WCFab components if you're building out your engine bay.

This elbow is designed specifically for use with aftermarket intercooler piping and turbo kits that require a bead roll connection at the intercooler outlet. It fits a range of GM trucks, including the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, as well as the GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD models from 2006-2010.
