Starting with a 14-gauge aluminum construction, this Wehrli intercooler outlet elbow kit is built to handle the demands of your 2006-2010 GM LBZ or LMM Duramax. It replaces the factory plastic pipe, which can often fail under higher boost pressures, with a more robust 3.5-inch diameter aluminum pipe. This upgrade is designed to increase reliability and prevent horsepower-robbing boost leaks by eliminating blown factory boots.

The kit features a CNC machined billet aluminum flange that uses a double O-ring seal for an improved sealing surface, ensuring a tight connection to the intercooler. It comes with a new wire clip ring for secure attachment and includes an HD silicone reducer boot that transitions from 3.5 inches down to 3 inches. This reducer boot, along with the main elbow, is designed to withstand higher boost pressures than stock components. The entire assembly is finished in a durable gloss white powder coat to match your other Wehrli Custom Fabrication parts.

This kit is specifically intended for use with aftermarket intercooler piping and turbo kits that require a bead roll connection at the intercooler outlet.
