For 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax owners who want to address every restriction from air filter to exhaust, this Wehrli Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit in WCFab Red combines intake, intercooler, Y-bridge, and downpipe upgrades into one comprehensive package -- saving over $231 compared to buying each piece individually.

Intake Side

A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box and dry filter assembly draws cold air through the inner fender instead of recycling hot engine bay air. The included Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover protects your MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants. Wehrli's 4.8 in. turbo intake horn -- the largest for this application -- flows 20% better than the factory part and gives the turbo a noticeably deeper sound during acceleration. All aluminum construction is 14 ga. with smooth mandrel bends.

Intercooler Piping

After the turbo, this kit replaces the restrictive 2.5 in. driver (hot) side pipe and the failure-prone plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe. The new 3 in. hot side and 3.5 in. cold side pipes are one-piece 14 ga. aluminum with CNC machined flanges and double O-ring seals. The cold side alone flows 47% better than the factory piece, and the upgraded silicone hump boot handles higher boost pressures to eliminate the blown boots that plague these trucks.

Y-Bridge and Downpipe

Wehrli's 3 in. two-piece Y-bridge replaces the OEM slip-fit design known for blowing apart under boost. This bolt-together bridge flows 36% better than stock while retaining the factory grid heater and EGR connections. Rounding out the kit, a 3 in. stainless steel turbo downpipe with heat wrap clears the exhaust restriction right after the turbo. Bolts on with no tuning required. Finished in WCFab Red powder coat.
