Wehrli 11-16 Duramax LML High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 2 - Gloss Black

For 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD owners running the 6.6L Duramax LML, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit addresses every restriction point in the intake and intercooler tract. It combines the Stage 1 intake system with upgraded intercooler pipes and a cast aluminum Y-bridge, all finished in Gloss Black powder coat.

The intake starts with a 4-inch aluminum pipe and 10-gauge aluminum air box housing a dry filter for easy maintenance. Cold air enters through the inner fender for cooler intake temperatures, and the 4.8-inch cast aluminum turbo intake horn removes the factory resonator to improve turbo spool and top-end power. The horn is compatible with both OEM and upgraded drop-in turbos, so it works on stock trucks and built ones alike.

Both intercooler pipes get a serious upgrade. The factory two-piece 2.5-inch driver-side (hot) pipe is replaced by a 3-inch high-flow tube with 18% more airflow. On the passenger side, the factory plastic two-piece cold pipe gives way to a one-piece 14-gauge aluminum 3.5-inch tube with 23% better flow. All connections use silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for reliable, leak-free sealing under boost.

The cast aluminum Y-bridge is the heart of this kit. The factory bridge creates a bottleneck that limits engine performance -- Wehrli's version flows 33% better than stock, with a 40% larger upper intake manifold and a 20% larger 3-inch upper crossover pipe. It incorporates the factory intake air heater for cold weather performance and works with the OEM throttle valve and EGR. The entire kit bolts on without any additional modifications or tuning.
