Wehrli 13-18 Ram 6.7L Cummins 3.5in Intercooler Pipes Kit - WCFab Grey

This Wehrli High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 gives you everything you need to replace the restrictive factory intercooler pipes on your 2013-2018 Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins engine. You'll get the two heavy-duty 3.5-inch diameter aluminum intercooler pipes, upgraded high-quality silicone boots, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps. This kit is designed to directly replace the smaller, crushed factory pipes that can be a weak point for boost leaks, especially in trucks that work hard or have performance modifications.

The factory intercooler pipes are known to restrict airflow and can even fail under higher boost pressures. Wehrli addresses this by using smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends in 14-gauge aluminum tubing. This design optimizes flow between the turbo and the engine, which can lead to improved efficiency, a more responsive throttle, and quicker turbo spool-up. The included silicone boots are built to handle higher pressures and temperatures than the stock ones, helping to prevent blow-offs and ensure reliability.
