This 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe is designed for your 2015-2025 Ford Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. It replaces the factory's restrictive 2.5-inch pipe, which can help your turbocharger breathe a little easier.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum for a smooth path for air, and the manufacturer states it offers a 7% improvement in airflow over the stock setup. It comes with an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel t-bolt clamps that are built to handle higher boost pressures and temperatures than the original parts, helping to prevent blown boots. The flange is CNC machined from billet aluminum and features a double O-ring seal to ensure a solid connection and reduce the chance of boost leaks.

This is a direct bolt-on part that requires no other modifications or tuning to install. It's finished in a Bengal Silver powder coat. Please note that this pipe is not compatible with the 2023+ High Output models.
