Wehrli 15-24 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke 3in Hot Side Intercooler Pipe - Bronze Chrome

This kit includes a 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe, an upgraded silicone boot, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, a new wire clip, and O-ring seals. It's designed to replace the factory's restrictive 2.5-inch pipe on your 2015-2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine, aiming to improve airflow and boost reliability.

The pipe itself is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, which helps maintain consistent diameter for better flow. It features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal. This advanced sealing design is intended to prevent boost leaks, which can rob your engine of power and efficiency. The included silicone boot is built to handle higher pressures and temperatures than the stock one, reducing the chance of it blowing out under load. This setup is a direct bolt-on replacement, meaning no other modifications or tuning are required to install it.

This intercooler pipe offers a 7% improvement in airflow over the stock component. It's finished in a Bronze Chrome powder coat for a custom look. Please note that this pipe is not compatible with 2023 and newer High Output models; for those, you'll need a different part number.
