Wehrli 15-24 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke 3in Hot Side Intercooler Pipe - Cat Yellow

This 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe is designed for your 2015-2025 Ford Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. It's a direct replacement for the factory's restrictive 2.5-inch pipe, aiming to improve how much air gets to your engine.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum for a smooth, consistent inner diameter, which helps increase airflow by about 7% over stock. It comes with an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps that can handle higher boost pressures and temperatures better than the original parts, helping to prevent blown boots. The CNC-machined billet aluminum flange features a double O-ring seal, creating a solid connection that reduces the chance of boost leaks, keeping all that hard-earned pressure where it belongs.

Installation is straightforward, as it's designed to bolt on without needing other modifications or a tune. The custom powder coat finish in Cat Yellow adds a unique look under the hood. Please note this pipe is not compatible with the 2023+ High Output models.
