Wehrli 15-24 Ford Power Stroke 6.7L Hot Side 3in. Intercooler Pipe - Gloss Black

Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making well-built parts for diesel trucks. This 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe is designed to replace the factory pipe on your 2015-2025 Ford Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. The stock pipe is a restrictive 2.5-inch design, and this updated pipe opens things up for better airflow.

This pipe is made from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, which helps maintain consistent diameter for improved airflow. It features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange with a double O-ring seal, creating a solid connection that helps prevent boost leaks. You also get an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps designed to handle higher pressure and temperature than the factory parts, reducing the chance of a blown boot. This kit is a direct bolt-on installation and doesn't require any tuning.

This specific pipe is finished in gloss black. Please note that it is not compatible with 2023+ High Output models, and it cannot be shipped to California due to CARB regulations.
