This kit gives you a one-piece, 3.5-inch high-flow intercooler pipe for the passenger side of your 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD with the 6.6L L5P Duramax engine. It replaces the factory two-piece plastic pipe, which can be prone to leaks under higher boost pressures. This upgraded pipe is designed to handle more boost, helping to prevent blown boots and horsepower-robbing leaks.

Crafted from 14-gauge aluminum, this pipe features a CNC-machined flange with a double o-ring seal for a solid connection to the intercooler. It also includes an upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel t-bolt clamps, which are much more reliable than the factory clip ring design for holding higher boost pressures. The pipe comes with a threaded bung to reinstall your factory intake temperature sensor and has a durable powder coat finish in Illusion Blueberry. It's a direct bolt-on part that doesn't require any other modifications, upgrades, or tuning to install.
