This Wehrli intercooler pipe kit gives you a high-flow, 3.5-inch one-piece aluminum pipe for the passenger side of your 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD with the 6.6L L5P Duramax engine. It replaces the factory two-piece plastic pipe, which can be prone to leaks under higher boost pressures. You'll get the aluminum pipe, a CNC machined flange with a double o-ring seal, a high-quality silicone boot, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps.

The factory plastic pipe is replaced with a well-built 14-gauge aluminum pipe that's designed to handle more boost. The CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal create a much more reliable connection than the stock setup, helping to prevent horsepower-robbing boost leaks and the common issue of blown factory boots. It also includes a threaded bung so you can easily reinstall your factory intake temperature sensor, and the flat black powder coat finish looks sharp under the hood.
