Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Brizzle Blue

Wehrli Custom Fab builds this Stage 3 bundle specifically for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax, and the Brizzle Blue powder coat gives it a distinctive finish. The package covers the full air path: a 4-inch cold air intake assembly, 3-inch and 3.5-inch intercooler pipes, and a 3.5-inch ceramic coated down pipe.

Starting at the filter, the intake uses a 4-inch aluminum pipe with an enclosed air box, dry filter with Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter, and an intake horn that is over an inch larger than stock. It includes a PCV port and surge ring. The 14-gauge aluminum construction with mandrel bends draws air through the factory hood ram air duct. Downstream, the driver side intercooler pipe is a one-piece 3-inch unit that replaces the factory 2.5-inch two-piece tube and its resonator. The passenger side is a 3.5-inch pipe with a CNC machined flange, double O-ring seal, and upgraded silicone boot.

The exhaust-side down pipe is 3.5 inches, ceramic coated, and comes with heat wrap already installed. It replaces the restrictive factory part and connects to the DOC outlet and OEM front pipe with the stock 4-bolt flange. All sensor bungs are included. No tuning required. Bolt-on installation with all hardware included. Made in the USA.
