Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Candy Teal

A 4-inch intake assembly, upgraded intercooler pipes on both sides, and a ceramic coated 3.5-inch down pipe make up this Wehrli Stage 3 bundle in Candy Teal for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax. It addresses airflow from the filter to the exhaust side of the turbo in a single kit.

The cold air intake uses 14-gauge aluminum construction with 4-inch mandrel-bent piping that draws air through the factory hood ram air duct and inner fender. An enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover protects the MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants, and the intake horn is over an inch larger than stock with a PCV port and surge ring. Wehrli reports a 25 HP gain with their 4-inch turbo inlet when paired with a max effort tune.

On the charge side, the 3-inch one-piece driver side intercooler pipe replaces the restrictive factory 2.5-inch two-piece tube with its resonator, and a 3.5-inch passenger side pipe with CNC machined flange and double O-ring seal takes over for the leak-prone factory plastic piece. The 3.5-inch down pipe on the exhaust side is ceramic coated with heat wrap pre-installed, connecting to the DOC outlet and OEM front pipe. No tuning required. All hardware and sensor bungs included.
