Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Chevy Orange

Wehrli Custom Fab is a US-based fabricator known for their Duramax diesel intake and piping kits, and this Stage 3 bundle in Chevy Orange is their most comprehensive airflow package for the 2017-2019 L5P platform. It covers intake, intercooler, and exhaust-side piping in one kit.

On the intake side, a 4-inch aluminum pipe with an enclosed air box houses a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The intake horn is over an inch larger than stock and includes a PCV port and surge ring. All components are 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends, pulling cold air through the factory hood ram air duct and inner fender. Wehrli measured a 25 HP gain with their 4-inch turbo inlet when used with a max effort tune. After the turbo, a one-piece 3-inch driver side intercooler pipe replaces the two-piece factory 2.5-inch tube, eliminating the resonator and middle boot joint. The 3.5-inch passenger side pipe uses a CNC machined flange with double O-ring seals and an upgraded silicone boot.

The 3.5-inch down pipe is ceramic coated with heat wrap pre-installed, replacing the crushed factory part for improved flow. It connects to the DOC outlet flange with factory sensor bungs and mates with the OEM front pipe. No tuning required. All hardware included. Made in the USA.
