Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Gloss White

Inside this Wehrli Stage 3 kit for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax you get the full air path covered: a 4-inch cold air intake assembly, both intercooler pipes, and a 3.5-inch ceramic coated down pipe, all finished in Gloss White powder coat. It is the most comprehensive single package Wehrli offers for the L5P.

The intake starts with 14-gauge 4-inch aluminum piping that feeds through an enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The intake horn is over an inch larger than stock and includes a PCV port and surge ring. Mandrel bends keep air moving smoothly, and the system draws from the factory hood ram air duct and inner fender opening. Wehrli measured a 25 HP gain using their 4-inch turbo inlet with a max effort tune. Downstream, the driver side gets a one-piece 3-inch intercooler pipe replacing the factory 2.5-inch two-piece resonator tube, and the passenger side gets a 3.5-inch pipe with CNC machined flanges and double O-ring seals.

The ceramic coated 3.5-inch down pipe comes with heat wrap pre-installed and replaces the crushed factory exhaust piece. It uses the OEM 4-bolt flange to connect to the DOC outlet and front pipe, with sensor bungs in place. No tuning required. All hardware included. Made in the USA.
