Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Illusion Purple

Wehrli's Illusion Purple Stage 3 bundle for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax combines their cold air intake, intercooler pipe upgrades, and a ceramic coated 3.5-inch down pipe into a matched set. It addresses the factory intake and exhaust restrictions from filter to turbo outlet in one purchase.

The intake assembly starts with 4-inch 14-gauge aluminum piping and an enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. An oversized intake horn with PCV port and surge ring feeds the turbo, drawing cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender. After the turbo, a one-piece 3-inch driver side intercooler pipe replaces the factory 2.5-inch two-piece resonator tube, and a 3.5-inch passenger side pipe with CNC machined flange and double O-ring seal handles the cold charge side. Both are 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends.

On the exhaust side, the 3.5-inch down pipe is ceramic coated with heat wrap pre-installed. It replaces the restrictive crushed factory part and connects to the DOC outlet using the OEM 4-bolt flange pattern, with bungs for factory sensors. Wehrli reports 25 HP gains with the 4-inch turbo inlet when paired with a max effort tune. No tuning required for the base installation. All hardware included. Made in the USA.
