Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - WCFab Grey

A 4 in. intake horn that measures over an inch larger than factory, paired with 14 ga. aluminum piping throughout -- that is the foundation of Wehrli's Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax, finished here in their WCFab Grey powder coat. This kit replaces the restrictive plastic intake tract, undersized intercooler pipes, and crushed factory down pipe on your Silverado or Sierra HD.

Starting at the air box, a fabricated enclosure with dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover draws cold air through the hood ram air duct. The 4 in. aluminum intake pipe and horn feed that air to the turbo with smooth mandrel bends for consistent flow. After the turbo, a 3 in. one-piece driver side intercooler pipe replaces the stock 2.5 in. two-piece design, eliminating the OEM resonator and middle boot joint. On the cold side, a 3.5 in. pipe with CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal replaces the factory plastic piece. Reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps are used at every connection point, replacing the factory clip ring design that can blow apart under boost.

The exhaust side gets a 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with heat wrap already installed, replacing the crimped factory part. It connects at the DOC outlet and uses the stock 4-bolt flange to mate with the OEM exhaust. Every sensor bung and factory connection point is retained. No tune is needed -- this is a bolt-on upgrade made in the USA.
