Wehrli 20-24 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Deore Gold

Covering both sides of the turbo, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit gives the 2020-2025 Duramax L5P a complete airflow overhaul. It fits Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD trucks, replacing the intake system, intercooler pipes, and down pipe with purpose-built aluminum and stainless components finished in Deore Gold powder coat.

The intake section uses a 4-inch aluminum pipe with an enclosed air box and dry filter, drawing cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender. The intake horn is over an inch larger than stock, and the Y-bridge connection swaps the factory clip ring design for a silicone boot and stainless T-bolt clamp that holds tighter under boost. An Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover keeps contaminants away from the MAF sensor and turbo.

Intercooler plumbing gets a full replacement. The 3-inch driver-side hot pipe eliminates the factory resonator and middle boot joint for a cleaner, one-piece flow path. The 3.5-inch passenger-side cold pipe uses a CNC machined flange with double O-ring seal, handling more boost pressure than the factory plastic and rubber assembly without blowing apart. Both pipes are made from 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends throughout.

On the exhaust side, the 3.5-inch down pipe replaces the factory's crushed and restrictive unit. It arrives black ceramic coated with heat wrap pre-installed, connects to the DOC outlet flange, and bolts to the OEM exhaust front pipe with the factory 4-bolt connection. All sensor bungs are included. Like every Wehrli kit, this one bolts on without tuning and retains all factory connection points, making it a straightforward upgrade for stock or lightly modified trucks.
