Wehrli 20-24 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Kiwi Green

If you are pulling a trailer or pushing your 2020-2025 L5P Duramax hard, the factory intake and intercooler plumbing are the first things to show their limits. Plastic cold side pipes can blow under boost, and the undersized hot side restricts airflow. Wehrli's Stage 3 High Flow Bundle in Kiwi Green replaces the full air path from filter to exhaust on your Silverado or Sierra HD.

The intake side features a 4 in. aluminum pipe and fabricated air box with dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. A 4 in. intake horn -- over an inch larger than stock -- channels cold air from the hood ram air duct. From the turbo, a 3 in. one-piece hot side intercooler pipe replaces the factory 2.5 in. two-piece with its resonator and failure-prone middle boot joint. The 3.5 in. cold side pipe uses a CNC machined flange with double o-ring seal, replacing the stock plastic piece with something that holds boost reliably. All piping is 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends, connected by reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps.

A 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with pre-installed heat wrap rounds out the exhaust side, bolting to the DOC outlet and connecting to the factory front pipe. All sensor bungs stay in place. No tuning is required, and the entire kit is made in the USA.
