Wehrli 20-24 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Bengal Red

Built from 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends and CNC machined flanges, Wehrli's Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit in Bengal Red replaces the entire air path on your 2020-2025 L5P Duramax. Every component in this kit addresses a known restriction or failure point in the factory plumbing on Silverado and Sierra HD trucks.

Starting at the filter, a fabricated air box enclosure with dry filter element and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter feeds a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe. The 4 in. intake horn draws cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender. After the turbo, a 3 in. one-piece driver side intercooler pipe replaces the stock 2.5 in. unit, eliminating the resonator and middle boot joint that are prone to separation under load. The 3.5 in. passenger side pipe swaps the leak-prone factory plastic piece for aluminum with a CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal. Reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps are used at every connection throughout the kit.

On the exhaust side, a 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with pre-installed heat wrap replaces the crushed factory piece, connecting at the DOC outlet and OEM front pipe with the stock 4-bolt flange. All sensor bungs are retained. No tuning needed, bolt-on install, made in the USA.
