This kit gets you a 3.5-inch, one-piece aluminum intercooler pipe for the passenger side of your 2020-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 HD, or its GMC Sierra counterpart, equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax engine. It replaces the factory two-piece plastic pipe, which can sometimes fail under higher boost pressures. This upgraded pipe is designed to handle more boost and improve reliability by eliminating potential leaks.

The pipe itself is made from 14-gauge aluminum and features a CNC-machined flange with a double O-ring seal for a solid connection. It comes with a high-quality silicone boot and a black anodized billet aluminum adapter, along with stainless steel T-bolt clamps. These components work together to create a more robust seal than the stock setup, helping to prevent blown boots and boost leaks. The factory intake temperature sensor can be reinstalled using the threaded bung incorporated into the pipe. This part is a direct bolt-on upgrade that doesn't require any other modifications, tuning, or upgrades to your truck.

The Illusion Blueberry powder coating gives it a custom look under the hood. While this pipe is designed to work with stock trucks, it's important to note that it is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
