Wehrli 20-24 Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit - Gloss Black

Replacing the full air tract on a 2020-2025 L5P Duramax means addressing five separate pieces: intake pipe, air box, hot side intercooler pipe, cold side intercooler pipe, and down pipe. Wehrli's Stage 3 High Flow Bundle in Gloss Black puts all of them in one box for your Silverado or Sierra HD.

Starting at the filter, a fabricated aluminum air box with dry filter element and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover feeds a 4 in. intake pipe. The 4 in. intake horn is over an inch larger than stock, drawing cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender. After the turbo, a 3 in. one-piece hot side intercooler pipe eliminates the factory 2.5 in. two-piece with its resonator and middle boot joint. The 3.5 in. cold side pipe replaces the OEM plastic piece with aluminum, using a CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal. Reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps connect every joint, replacing the factory clip ring design.

The 3.5 in. down pipe comes ceramic coated with heat wrap pre-installed. It bolts to the DOC outlet and connects to the OEM front pipe via the factory 4-bolt flange. All sensor locations are retained. The entire kit is 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends, bolt-on with no tune required, and made in the USA.
