Wehrli 20-24 Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit - Gloss White

Every piece in this Wehrli Stage 3 High Flow Bundle -- from the 4 in. intake horn to the 3.5 in. down pipe -- is built from 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends, finished in Gloss White powder coat. It is a full airflow replacement for the 2020-2025 L5P Duramax in Silverado and Sierra HD trucks.

Cold air enters through the hood ram air duct into an oversized 4 in. intake horn, then flows through a fabricated air box enclosure with dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4 in. intake pipe feeds the turbo with consistent, unrestricted flow. On the intercooler side, a 3 in. one-piece hot side pipe replaces the factory 2.5 in. two-piece unit along with its resonator and failure-prone middle boot joint. The 3.5 in. cold side pipe swaps the OEM plastic piece for aluminum with a CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal. Stainless t-bolt clamps and reinforced silicone boots handle every connection in the kit.

On the exhaust side, a 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with pre-installed heat wrap replaces the factory piece. It bolts directly to the DOC outlet and OEM front pipe using the stock 4-bolt flange.
