This Wehrli Custom Fabrication S300 Single Turbo Install Kit is designed to help you upgrade your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 (and corresponding GMC Sierra models) with the LB7 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. It provides the necessary components to transition from the stock IHI-style turbo to a larger Borg Warner S300 frame turbocharger, significantly improving your engine's airflow and potential for horsepower gains.

What you get in this kit includes a robust 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake system with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and a high-performance dry air filter, complete with a pre-filter cover. The intercooler hot and cold side charge pipes are upgraded to 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for better flow. A key component is the upgraded 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge, which replaces the restrictive stock upper intake manifold, ensuring a clear path for air into the engine. The kit also features high-quality stainless steel braided oil feed and drain lines from Parker, with the feed line routing directly from the engine block's main oil galley. The included high-temperature ceramic-coated turbo downpipe connects directly to your existing exhaust system's V-band clamp, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for your exhaust. Additionally, a driver-side transmission dipstick tube is included to make installing the downpipe easier.

This kit is built to accommodate popular S300 turbocharger sizes (sold separately) and mounts to a T4 fabricated steel pedestal with a spacer, compatible with Wehrli's 2-inch high-flow stainless steel up-pipes. The piping is constructed from 14-gauge aluminum, and the kit features a custom powder coat finish in 'Sparkle Granny Smith' for a unique look. If you are not purchasing a Borg Warner turbo directly from Wehrli, you must provide the brand and details of your chosen turbo so they can ensure proper fitment for your kit.
