If you're looking to upgrade your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 with the LB7 6.6L Duramax engine from its stock IHI turbo to a larger Borg Warner S300 frame turbo, this kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is what you need. It includes everything to swap your truck over to a more capable single turbo setup, focusing on improving airflow into and out of the engine for better performance and efficiency. This kit is designed to work with a variety of S300 turbo sizes, which are sold separately, and features a T4 pedestal mount with hardware.

This kit replaces several key components to optimize your engine's breathing. You get a new 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake system with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and a high-performance dry filter, complete with a pre-filter cover. The intercooler piping is upgraded to 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum tubes for both the hot and cold sides. A notable inclusion is the upgraded 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge, which replaces the restrictive stock part to ensure maximum horsepower and efficiency gains. The kit also comes with high-quality stainless steel braided oil feed and drain lines, with the feed line routing from the main oil galley on the engine block. The downpipe is 3-inch, ceramic coated for high temperatures, and uses a V-band clamp to connect to your existing exhaust front pipe, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for installation. A driver-side transmission dipstick tube is also included to make installing the downpipe easier.

The kit comes with silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, and heat wrap. The piping and air box are constructed from 14-gauge and 10-gauge aluminum, respectively.
