Wehrli 2004.5-07 Cummins 5.9L S400 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit - Candy Teal

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit gives you everything you need to install an S400-based turbocharger onto your 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 equipped with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold. You'll receive a 4-inch shorty down pipe that connects directly to your exhaust system's factory V-band flange, making installation straightforward without needing to cut your existing exhaust. The kit also includes a one-piece 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe, silicone boots with stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an oil feed line fitting and drain line assembly, and a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover. The tubing is TIG welded and the mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals to ensure a boost-leak-free connection.

This kit is hand-built by experienced fabricators and welders at Wehrli Custom Fab, with every component test-fitted on an engine to confirm proper fitment before it ships. The high-mount setup positions the manifold pointing upwards, which simplifies the downpipe installation. The Candy Teal powder coat finish not only looks sharp but also adds a layer of durability. This kit is designed to work with an S400 turbo and a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which are sold separately. If you are not purchasing the turbo and manifold from Wehrli, you must specify the brands you are using when ordering, as some may require parts to be sent in for custom fitting.

This kit is made in the USA and includes a 5-inch intake. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
