Wehrli 2004.5-07 Cummins 5.9L S400 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit - Cat Yellow

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication turbo kit is built for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models with the 5.9L Cummins engine, specifically designed to mount an S400-based turbocharger using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold. The kit's high-mount design positions the turbo up top, which makes installing the down pipe much simpler. It connects directly to your existing exhaust system's V-band flange, meaning you won't have to cut your factory exhaust to get it fitted.

Each kit is carefully assembled by experienced fabricators right here in the USA. The tubing is TIG welded for strong, clean joints, and the mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals to ensure a boost-leak-free connection. This kit includes a one-piece 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe, a 4-inch shorty down pipe, and all the necessary fittings and lines for oil feed and drain. It also comes with a dry air filter and an Outerwear's pre-filter cover to keep things clean. The entire assembly is finished in a durable Cat Yellow powder coat.

When ordering, if you're not getting the turbo and manifold from WCFab, be sure to specify the brands you are using, as some may require you to send in your parts for custom fitting to the kit. This kit is designed for a straightforward installation, mounting the manifold pointing upwards for easier downpipe connection.
