Intake Assembly

A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed 14 ga. air box draws cold air through the inner fender, paired with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover to protect the MAF sensor. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the factory piece and produces a more aggressive turbo sound. All piping uses smooth mandrel bends to keep airflow turbulence to a minimum.

Intercooler Pipes and Y-Bridge

The restrictive 2.5 in. factory hot side pipe and leak-prone plastic cold side pipe are replaced by Wehrli's one-piece 3 in. hot side and 3.5 in. cold side aluminum pipes. The cold side flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and upgraded silicone boots are rated for higher boost pressures, ending the blown-boot failures these trucks are known for.

Wehrli's 3 in. two-piece Y-bridge completes the tract, replacing the slip-fit OEM unit that blows apart under boost.
