Intake and Filtration

A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box pulls cold air through the inner fender, paired with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover that protects the MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the factory piece, and every tube is 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends for smooth, low-turbulence airflow. The deeper turbo sound under acceleration is hard to miss.

Intercooler Piping

Wehrli replaces the undersized 2.5 in. factory hot side pipe and the failure-prone plastic cold side pipe with their one-piece 3 in. hot side and 3.5 in. cold side aluminum pipes. The cold side alone flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and upgraded silicone boots are rated for higher boost pressures, eliminating the blown-boot failures that plague hard-working LMM trucks.

Y-Bridge

Finishing the tract, Wehrli's 3 in. two-piece Y-bridge replaces the weak slip-fit OEM unit with a bolt-together design that flows 36% better. CNC billet flanges and mandrel bends maintain a full 3 in. air path to the engine. Factory grid heater and EGR connections are retained. No tuning needed -- bolts right onto stock trucks.
