This 3.5-inch cold side intercooler pipe is built to replace the weaker factory rubber pipe on your 2017-2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty. The stock rubber pipe can fail under higher boost pressures, leading to leaks and lost power. This upgraded pipe is designed to handle more boost and keep your engine running reliably.

This pipe is made from a single piece of 14-gauge aluminum, mandrel-bent for smooth airflow. It comes with a CNC-machined billet aluminum adapter that has a double O-ring seal, which is a big improvement over the stock setup for preventing boost leaks. It also includes upgraded silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure a tight seal. You can even reinstall your OEM temperature sensor using the threaded bung. It's a direct bolt-on part that doesn't require any tuning or other modifications to your truck.
