This 3.5-inch cold side intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to replace the weaker factory rubber pipe on your 2017-2025 Ford Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. The original rubber boot can fail under higher boost pressures, leading to horsepower-robbing leaks. This upgraded pipe uses a mandrel-bent, 14-gauge aluminum construction for improved durability and flow.

The kit includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum adapter with a double O-ring seal, designed to create a more reliable connection than the stock setup. This helps eliminate blown boots and boost leaks, ensuring your engine receives consistent air pressure. It also features a threaded bung to easily reinstall your OEM temperature sensor. The pipe is finished in a durable grey powder coat and comes with upgraded silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a solid connection.
